The Dubai-based AA Al MOOSA Enterprises LLC, a dynamic and service oriented conglomerate that includes a wide spectrum of business interests, announced the rebranding of one of its four stars hotel properties located in astrategic areain the emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The announcement came during the Arabian Travel Market exhibition held in Dubai from the 28 April to 1 May 2019.
Previously managed by Wyndham Hotels& Resorts under thename of Ramada Hotel & Suites Sharjah, the property’s rebrandingcomes in line with AA Al MOOSA Enterprises new strategy to strengthen its own local brand Golden Sands,which has been successfully present in themarket for 30 years.
Entering into force on July 1st 2019, the property’s new contract was signed during the opening of the Arabian Travel Market exhibition by Mr. Nayef Al Moosa, Director ARENCO Real Estate,representing the owning company;and Mr. MohammadKhoori, General Manager of Golden Sands Hotel Apartments.
HE Khalid Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority, was present at the signing ceremony.He commented, “We are grateful to AA Al MOOSA for believing in Sharjah as an attractive tourism destination, and we are looking forward to supportGolden Sands throughout its new venture.”
